All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to code, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by FlipAlert and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our explicit permission. Using our Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services (if any) in the past six months.
